Shipping Information

All orders shipped in the Continental US will be flat shipping rate of $5.95. Regardless of size and weight of total order. We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail shipping for all of our orders. USPS provides the best rates with quick shipping. After the completion your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email address that you provided. All orders will ship within 48 hours. Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided along with the USPS delivery confirmation receipt (aka tracking number). On occasion we may use UPS for heavy orders.

Insurance is not included, please email/call us if you would like your order insured.

**PLEASE NOTE: Due to state tax laws, all orders shipped to Illinois addresses will be charged 10% tax.**

For Alaska/Hawaii Orders: please contact us info@fatsuma.com and we will calculate the shipping costs for you. The minimum starting shipping will be $5.95. If shipping is over $5.95, you will be charged actual shipping cost.

For International Orders: please contact us at info@fatsuma.com and we will calculate the actual shipping costs for you. We will ship via EMS, since they provide tracking information. Insurance is recommended for all international orders as we will not be responsible for lost uninsured packages. Please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs tax or fees imposed on the order by your international post office.



Return Policy

Please note that all of our products are collectible items with limited edition runs therefore all sales are final. Due to the nature of collectible art pieces, there will be slight variations on the design which only adds to the uniqueness of the item. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on non-defective merchandise and cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different item. We will inspect all items prior to shipment to reduce the risks to you and us.

But if there is a manufacture defect, you will have 10 days to contact us at info@fatsuma.com with invoice number, name, address and description of damage. We will replace your item if it’s still in stock otherwise you will be refunded.
